In this sense, the firm places under this definition individuals who produce content on different platforms and "use their influence, creativity or skills to aggregate and monetize their audience", as they work full time to generate only 12 percent more than 50 thousand dollars a year.
The "Creators of Tomorrow" program

He also mentioned that the selected creators have a great opportunity to develop their creative career in the digital format, as they have been selected for "standing out among the communities and for creatively handling video formats, technology and entertainment".
In this sense, Meta added that this program comes in the face of the great boom of the new generations to express themselves through digital media, so it highlights the creation of immersive worlds that deepen the interaction between fans and communities.
"Creators are the heart of culture on our platforms and drive much of the creativity we see on them," said Lola Baños, Meta's director of communications in Spain.
To date, Meta has already selected some of these figures, including Omarelpretinho, with his fashion content; Alberto Ugarte (Ugar90) and Ana Ortiz (Annappleaday), with their taste for gastronomy; and Verónica Sierra (Verownika), who explains more complex technology in a simple way to her community. The list also includes gaming creators such as Matt Laff, from the United Kingdom, and Ovidiu Patrascu, from Romania.
"Facebook and Instagram serve as a foundation for them to tell their story, grow and turn their passion into their profession. Tomorrow's creators are at the forefront of a movement that allows more people to have an impact with their content," said the executive.
Meta is not the only platform that has implemented projects to further promote the work of content creators, as Twitch in its latest update that will help these people generate more revenue through advertising streamed on videos.
The new generations are the most interested in this type of projects, which is why brands are including content creators or influencers in their strategies, in order to gain more followers or users.
